APTN/Wookey FIlms - Reconcilliation & Me TV Special
This project was done in collaboration with Wookey Films for APTN's Roconcilliation & Me special which aired September 30, 2021. The art was animated by Zeph Rissin. Overall this was a great effort to highlight the terrible experiences many have had at Canadian Residential Schools.
Love was the main focus with my signature eagle welcoming all of the children that were lost to murder, rape and assimilation with open arms. Sacred medicine's os Sage, Cedar, Sweetgrass and Tobacco lay on the ground with the turtle island story represented with indigenous and non-indigenous figures on it's back.
